This schedule feels pretty manageable, and I see much more good than bad. Here’s what I like, don’t like, and some quick thoughts on travel. WHAT I LIKE: -Start with three home games ✔️ -Avoid Ames in November ✔️ -Boulder in October ✔️ -Halloween is ROAD game ✔️ -Thanksgiving weekend is HOME ✔️ -7 Home Games vs 5 Road Games ✔️ WHAT I DON’T LIKE: -Holy War should be last week ❌ -Bye feels too early ❌ -Two road games after BYU ❌ TRAVEL THOUGHTS: -Lock me in for Ames -Most likely going to Boulder -Most likely going to TCU -Definitely NOT going to Cincy -Tucson… probably not

It’s been leaked that I’ve been offered different tier rankings. The idea to go down to F Tier was heavily considered. A few offers for A & S tier, but I don’t think I’d get much playing time. C - B tier just didn’t call my attention. I’ve officially decided to stay at D-Tier and run it back one more year (at least) (My allegiance to the University of Utah was never in doubt - it’s in my DNA)

After taking the Utes’ offense from rags to riches, Utah OC Jason Beck is following Kyle Whittingham to Ann Arbor, MI. Utah fought hard to keep Beck, but the opportunity to coach at Michigan and open further doors was too strong. It is expected that Beck will bring other offensive coaches with him to Michigan.

Spencer Fano becomes Utah's 5th unanimous All-American. All of Utah's unanimous All-Americans have been from the past 17 seasons. Pretty amazing streak as some programs haven't had a unanimous All-American for over 35 years.
