$TSLA Ok I woke up and immediately started bear posting, so here’s some meat for the bulls… Continues to track my expectations very well, position continues to build in high 330s / low 340s … Palantir and Tesla remain the two names I’ve had the best read on YTD… Anyway, with SPX rallying 9% and now testing technical resistance, is this really the time to be building a Tesla swing long position? I went back and looked at the last 5 years of data and the answer is a resounding no (lol). Very rare for Tesla to diverge from SPX meaningfully to the upside (though it routinely has shown no problem to diverge to the downside…). My way of coping through this is *if* SPX does break higher it’s going to require participation from beaten down large cap names like this. I could see a world where this is the best performing MAG7 name if we do leg higher on SPX. SpaceX IPO is coming, imo that’s why the sell has been so easy… but I fully expect there to be a strong counter-trend rally into that which will roll off before the actual event. Makes perfect sense it would stem off the JPM analyst negative earnings revision. Sub 330 and the position needs to get managed.

@bronis___ you’re prob right, but idea for me is fart’s return will come in a shorter period (coz of its reflexive nature) then profits can be shoved into btc also I have a bias on it coz it was the coin that made me the most last cycle + i traded it a lot so i feel like ik it fairly well

imo it's a coin that's etched in the back of most people's head even the biggest tradfi accounts were talking abt it non stop when it first hit 250-300m rn i'd give it a <5% chance that this coin dies forever w/o another significant run up, and even that is hard to imagine
