@AJPreziosi @micheal_ws18 Nice 👍 it’s really good the fact that you know where you’re limits are… 2x a week is fine as well, it can be effective for growing if you eat good and train properly. What makes the difference at your age is the exercises you choose. Machines are your best friends at this age.

@bothistorico @micheal_ws18 My age plays a role. At 68, my knees aren’t as resilient as the used to be. I’d love to train legs more often, but I find that twice (hard) a week with calves more often works for me at this stage of life. So much of training is age-related, and I hear almost nothing about it.
