After a few days to reflect, the pain is still there, but less for the loss, and more just knowing I’ll never put on a Husker jersey again. Thank you Husker fans for making this experience the past 5 years the greatest of my life. This place means everything to me. GBR for Life❤️

Nebraska’s rise this season is one of the best stories in college basketball, and Coach Hoiberg has had everything to do with it. He has built a culture where team comes first, where outworking everyone else is the standard and where it’s never been easier or more inspiring to be a fan. I can’t think of a more deserving recipient of Big 10 Coach of the Year, and I look forward to cheering for Coach Hoiberg and our Huskers this post-season and in the years ahead.

Huskers are legit… Gritty, tough, everything you could ever ask for in a team. No excuses. The biggest loser tonight was either of both the Peacock crew and/or B1G refs. Love this team!

@dirkchatelain Perhaps one challenge to be used at the coaches discretion. Big call there. Our ball with 7.8 seconds left, down one, at half court, is way different than down 3, full court with only 4.6. Way different. Directly affected the outcome of the game. Inexcusable.

Completely honest here. The foul calls are subjective to a degree. The double dribble is not. That missed call merits a demotion. The Big Ten can't accept mistakes like that at the end of a game.

@bchub44 100% agree Chub. The entire program took the high road on one of the worst endings you could imagine to a magical run.

Probably will get yelled at by Husker hoops fans for giving any credit to Creighton for anything, but this is a damned hard speech to give to your kids when they just watched a dream die and Mac handled it with class. He doesn’t need my admiration or respect, but he’s got it.
