Hey @ServiceOntario, I have a small collection of vehicles and this email doesn't help me in any way figure out what plates need to be renewed. What possible security risk is it to send the whole plate? This is ridiculous. I'll just take the ticket when I get it, seems easier.

@SunwingVacay When WG724 left Toronto you knew the crew times and could have scheduled WG725 appropriately instead of screwing everyone's Christmas.

@SunwingVacay would have known at 3pm yesterday when the plane left Toronto that crew was going to timeout but they still got us up at 4am to sit and wait at minimum 8hrs at the airport. What a Christmas gift.

@SunwingVacay It's not the flight delay that's the problem it's the complete incompetence. Why get us on a shuttle at 4am for a plane that isn't leaving until 12:45? You now have a gate full of very angry passengers when you would have know the crew's timing when they left Toronto yesterday.

@SunwingVacay is completely useless. Worst communication of any airline. We're now flying home two days late, got on their shuttle at 4am just to be left at the airport waiting until 12:45pm for crew to show up. Crew that arrived yesterday. Brutal. Merry Christmas.
