🚨What @DHSGov pulled in Chicago on Tuesday is insanely unconstitutional. They raided an apartment building, smashed down every door and dragged entire families into the street, and detained everyone for hours ("Kavanaugh stops"). One U.S. citizen was held for FIVE HOURS.
