Yet not for a single second did I consider leaving without Mooncake(my little Corgi for context). She’s not just a pet - she’s family. Every extra effort, every sleepless night, has been 100% worth it. _______________________________ Here’s the step-by-step process I followed to get Mooncake (and myself) safely out of the region: 1 - Visit your vet first Get a "fit to travel" check and health certificate. Your dog must have: - A valid microchip - Up-to-date rabies vaccination (maybe RNATT Test) - Recent deworming (and any other required treatments/tests) 2 - Contact your airline early (min. 72 hours prior to departure) Confirm whether your dog qualifies for: - In-cabin (carry-on) - Checked baggage / excess baggage - Or full cargo hold Ask about size/weight limits for the carrier. You can order an IATA-compliant pet carrier quickly in Dubai (e.g., via The PetShop or NOWNOW - often delivered in 90–120 minutes). 3 - Handle MOCCAE requirements For flights: Apply for the veterinary health certificate for export/re-export of live animals via their online portal (valid for 30 days). For road travel: Request a transit permit if needed. Website: moccae.gov.ae/en/home.aspx (register for e-services, fill the form, pay, and arrange the physical exam). MOCCAE’s customer support is genuinely helpful- they guide you to the correct Veterinary Quarantine Check location (e.g., one at DXB Freezone/Airport area). 4 - Go for the official check Take your dog and all documents to the approved MOCCAE Veterinary Quarantine area (often at the airport or designated centers). They scan the microchip, do a quick physical exam, and finalize the paperwork. 5 - Submit everything to the airline Send copies of the vet certificate, MOCCAE docs, and any other requirements they ask for. Double-check if they need anything extra (some airlines are stricter). 6 - Stay persistent! You may need to call the airline 3–4 times a day to keep things moving. They’re usually trying their best under pressure - don’t give up. I resigned from OpenAI. I care deeply about the Robotics team and the work we built together. This wasn’t an easy call. AI has an important role in national security. But surveillance of Americans without judicial oversight and lethal autonomy without human authorization are lines that deserved more deliberation than they got. This was about principle, not people. I have deep respect for Sam and the team, and I’m proud of what we built together.

I took two blood panel tests this year. Tested 24.3 in biological age last month. Thought this was excellent, ego was uplifted Then i plugged in my results from may when i was fresh out of a 10 day meditation silent retreat. I was biologically 19. Biomarkers show i'm gen z, but wow... aging five years in seven months is horrendous lol
