Basically an injection behind his patella (kneecap) to progress recovery. Not a steroid, but a more natural option, of which I am a big fan. Typically performed for patellarfemoral syndrome (pain behind the knee cap caused by compression of aggravated tissue). TLDR: they’re doing something along the lines of PRP to help with healing of inflamed tissue. I highly doubt we see him again this season though. #AskDrBuckets
