Personally, I'm slow at building features. Here's my coping mechanism and a 6-step process for shipping the right thing instead of everything: 1) Start your day before you open Slack or your inbox. Notifications are the focus killer. 2) Grab a coffee, sit somewhere quiet, pen and paper only. 3) Write down the 3 things causing the most friction in your build right now - the ones you keep avoiding. Most important usually = most uncomfortable. 4) For each one, ask: - "If this were the only thing I shipped this week, would it move the needle?" - "Does solving this make everything else easier or irrelevant?" 5) Focus only on the items where you answered yes. 6) Block 2-3 uninterrupted hours for ONE of them. Not ten scattered minutes stitched together. One block. One problem. If you get distracted, don't spiral - just return to the one thing. Most builders don't have an output problem. They have a prioritization problem.

Solo founder lessons (obvious in theory, brutal in practice): 1. Showing up daily > waiting for motivation 2. Public accountability > private intention 3. Community structure > willpower alone
