Esoteric health hack: Chew mastic gum while doing stairmaster. Lymph flow is driven by muscle contraction - especially in the calves and lower body. Add in jaw movement and you’re stimulating circulation both systemically and in the face. Add sauna / cold afterwards and you’ve essentially flushed your entire body.
