Think you can’t change a lot in a month? Think again. Appearance can be illusory. Surgery recovery, edema, makeup, dye, debloating activities, etc can be deceiving, but I knew the plan the entire time and stuck to it. I transformed my looks extremely drastically without surgeries but I want to take self-improvement to the next level. Not out of deficit motivation, fear, insecurity, but more out of growth motivation. I view self-improvement and looks optimization as an art form, and an actualization of the self. Right now I’m very content with my appearance and life in general. But it’s natural to the human experience to always want more. It’s all dopamine prediction error. You can love yourself and still want to be a better person. You can love how you look, and still want to look better.

I really got manipulated by the Bible into following God, eating clean which reversed my health issues, going sober, getting in good shape, being a kinder person, not being afraid of being my most authentic self, and pursuing my dreams...
