@lorcananews I saw someone using Donald as an example to compare static/activated abilities. An interesting test case would be if this card’s text was changed to “Once per turn, each player may draw a card”. This would mean the player who’s played this card could choose when it activates?

@lorcananews But if I move Raksha to two different locations in the same turn, I could use her ability the first or second time I do so. It’s my choice. If I ink two cards using sail, I can use “land, ho!” on either the first or second card I ink. It’s my choice.

While we wait for the release notes, I am curious: Are people testing this card as an activated ability or as a static ability?
