@cannabelieving@shotinthedark19 It's getting to the point now where you think - how could we be more fucked? You mean going down? We have been circling that plug hole for years. Never good obviously but how can it get worse? We are boring and shit every season.
Here is where I'm at.
Robins deserves criticism for his failing in the last 3/4 months, of course he does. Has to be accountable.
Sacking him would be pointless if the structure ABOVE HIM stays the same. Its pretty simple.
The issues are ABOVE MANAGERMENT LEVEL.
Walters out.
@shotinthedark19@Steve___SCFC You can't let him have full say on transfers because if he then recruits absolute shite and we continue to be crap, we'll be even more fucked. We should let him be involved but not fully picking the transfers. Walters just urgently needs to fuck off though.
@Steve___SCFC We need to keep Robins and back him. I mean let him control first team affairs and have full say on transfers.
He looked like a broken man in his interview yesterday. Managing Stoke has aged him about ten years.
@Becki_Baby In all seriousness, we could do with a real shite end to the season so we can finally be rid of Walters. If we go and win a couple of games like Millwall and Wrexham, he'll hang around like a bad smell for another reason recruiting absolute dross.
Ok so 5 games left for Stoke, and some really tough games coming up… where are we all predicting we finish in the table last game of the season?
I’m saying 17th with a maximum of 4 more points gained leaving us on 58pts.
@KiddleMax@SCFCrossi Can't believe he's played him there again after Preston. Playing Rigo at 10 another brain dead idea. Just seems to have run out of ideas.
It’s got to the stage now: ‘why would you bother wasting ur money on it’.
The fans are lost again. No hope coming into games. Expecting to lose as we enter the ground.
Disgraceful performance. The fans deserve so much better with several sold out away ends
@SCFCrossi@KiddleMax Easily a £100 day out if you're not on the coach to see them give a 5ft kid his debut against the most physical side in the league and that's not even the worst thing from today by a long way. It's just so so shit.
Football can change quickly and I know that his job is a difficult one but I don’t think that Mark Robins is the one to take Stoke to where they want to be. #SCFC#Stoke
@BeagriesTash@PeteSmith1983 The problem is, Walters has zero credit in the bank because his recruitment has been completely dreadful and the club hasn't progressed an inch since he came in so even if this appointment is sound, it's tainted due to his previous for recruiting mates.
@cannabelieving@PeteSmith1983 When you’re colleagues with someone of doesn’t make you bosom buddies it just means you’ve seen them in action doing their job. Do you know anything about the man or the job he’s done with Fleetwood’s academy which is excellent by the way.
@PitterPotter619@JonnyPotter87 And why is he allowing Gibson and Philips to go up for a long throw (that needn't be a long throw) on 14 mins when we're one up away from home? He's nothing without Viveash. Walters needs to go first though or he'll appoint another dud.
I’m very much anti-Mark Robins and have been for a while now.
Stoke’s second half form has been dreadful all season. Any manager/coach that makes his teams worse as the game progresses is not a good manager/coach.
It’s a telling sign.
#SCFC#Stoke
@cannabelieving@DevonScfc@stokecity For a long throw that is anything but a long throw. They all go up like Rory is throwing a bullet in the box. Crackers.
@DevonScfc@cannondog79@stokecity I think tonight is when I finally gave up on him. Sending two centre halfs up for a long throw away from home when one up at 14 mins absolutely absurd.
Sign of inflation being insidiously introduced as Marks and Spencer move from selling bananas by weight, which was costing me 13-14p each, to individual bananas, 18p each, so a 28-38% increase sneaked in. Same with onions. What next, Cadbury’s mini egg by the egg?
@HB0ND1@seb_bechmann@ChriissyyD@VFinnishProbs@SkyBetChamp Exactly. It's soft but what was he playing it making contact like that at that stage of the game?! We've had significantly stronger penalty shouts waved away over the past year too
@brandonhilton_@UtchStokie@PeteSmith1983 When does VJ contract expire? He'd be a bit risky to take on this summer and the recent injury would undoubtedly affect the value
@UtchStokie@PeteSmith1983 With FFP cycle ending this year, they need to invest in the spine of the team. Likelihood is that Johansson will leave, so they need to replace him, two centre halves, Phillips + Wilmot?, need a proper No 10, and a striker.
Ashley Phillips clearly loves being a Stoke City player.
He's played more for Stoke than any other loan player ever and he'd love to be back again.

@HadleyFreeman The Bob Vylan interview with Louis Theroux was interesting on this point. When Theroux challenges him over a rise in antisemitic incidents after his Glastonbury exploits, he starts questioning what is anti semitic. Would he do this with Islamphobic or transphobic incidents? No.
Genuine question: if any minority group was targeted and slaughtered, would people say, “Yeah, but other groups suffer problems too”? Or does it only happen when it’s Jews?
@SCFCrossi Thought Bocat was our only threat going forward. He put some truly delightful balls in the box but nobody near as per. Rigo looked brilliant against Norwich and Boro but was shocking yesterday.
