4 years ago today I went on @FoxBusiness to highlight the 3 challenges crippling CA cannabis - local bans, byzantine bureaucracy & punitive taxation. But @GavinNewsom allowed those problems to fester further. Since Jan 2022, the CA market has shrunk 30% (!!) - from $6B -> $4B.
