Also we are in a silent recession and this was an off peak time. Spring break travel volume has been much lower this year. And overall waits at MSP have been shorter than normal years.

Skiers paid an average of $134 for a day on Vail Mountain this season, a far cry from the much-hyped $356 peak window price. Consumers should think about walk up lift tickets at top tier mountains like hotel prices at a front desk or airfare at a check-in counter. Not the price most people pay.

Honestly amazing that as dozens of airports have faced hours-long TSA delays, it’s been (mostly) smooth sailing for weeks at @mspairport. Under 5 min waits all morning today. Only a matter of time before more workers start calling out but it’s been impressive.
