If my life was shit heres what I'd do - go to bed at 9pm - before bed read a book, meditate, pray, set an intention for where you want your life to go - wake up at 5am and do the same thing - dont scroll on social media more than 15 mins a day - find a job where you can work remote - stop poisoning yourself with seed oils, endocrine disruptors and junk food - move somewhere aligned with your health, where you can lower stress and focus on something higher - read lots of books & follow your interests - start writing, producing, creating - fix hormones - stop chasing casual sex - steak, liver, oysters, lots of sunlight - monk mode: no drinking, no weed, no partying - spend lots of time in silence reprogramming all of your limiting beliefs It's impossible to not build a better future once you raise your energy and vibration enough What did I miss?
