Every person who wants to make a difference at some point has to decide whether they care more about the peoples lives they’re changing or the peoples opinions they’re offending.

Simple way to think about your content: Top of feed — get attention (hooks, takes, observations) Middle of feed — build trust (frameworks, breakdowns, stories) Bottom of feed — create action (CTAs, DMs, hand-raisers)

You can’t pick the season you’re in, but you can pick how you face it.

Nobody buys because your content performed well. They buy because something you said stuck with them long enough to build trust. I keep seeing this over and over. The post that closes the deal is almost never the one with the most likes.

The best thing you can do for your business is stop holding it to a standard you'd never hold anyone else to. Focus on high return activities then hire someone who spent their whole life mastering that field.

@TheLewisW I agree, I also think that gaining the proper network can lead you with returns even if its not a direct business deal. We all have a pool of skillsets waiting to be used.

Had a call with an online seller who felt "lost" this week. Here's what I told them: . Stop chasing every new traffic source. Pick one and go deep . If you don't know what's working, you don't have enough data yet. Keep going . Build your follow-up process before you scale your ads. . Know which content actually drives revenue, not just views. . Your funnel is probably fine. Your follow-through isn't. . The sale happens after the fifth touchpoint, not the first. . Simpler offer, clearer path, more closed deals.
