The remarks by the President of Korea, Lee Jae Myung, including the trivialization of the massacre of Jews on the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel, are unacceptable and warrant strong condemnation. President Lee Jae Myung, for some strange reason, chose to dig up a story from 2024 and to cite a fake account that falsely presented it as a current event. This account is notorious for spreading anti-Israeli disinformation and falsehoods about Israel. The event discussed occurred during an operation against terrorists, at a time when Israeli soldiers were facing direct and immediate threats to their lives. The event was thoroughly investigated and addressed two years ago. Yet we have not heard a single word from the President about the terrorists who were at the center of this event. Nor have we heard a word from the President regarding the recent Iranian and Hezbollah terror attacks against Israeli citizens. Mr. President, it’s always better to check before posting.

저는 한국에서 학교를 나왔습니다. 한국의 일부 민주노총 소속 전교조 교사들은 학교에서 왜곡된 역사를 가르치며, 어린 학생들을 반미·반일 집회에 참여하도록 유도합니다. 저는 학생 때, 현장학습이라는 명목으로 그런 집회에 동원된 적이 있습니다. 그곳에서 일본과 미국을 증오하도록 유도하는 연설을 보며, 저는 그들의 연출력에 감탄하기도 했습니다. 하지만.. 많은 친구들은 그 감성적인 분위기에 그대로 휩쓸려 버렸습니다. 어릴 때 그런 장면을 접하면 누구나 쉽게 영향을 받을 수밖에 없습니다. 이러한 교육을 받은 친구들에게 역사에 대해 다른 의견을 제시하면, 곧바로 ‘일베충’이라는 프레임이 씌워지고, 고인 모독을 하는 쓰레기라고 악마화를 하죠. 전교조 교사들 역시 이러한 분위기를 형성하고요. 이는 공산당의 프로파간다, 곧 일종의 세뇌 과정입니다. 특히 자아가 완전히 형성되지 않은 어린 학생일수록 그 영향은 더욱 강하게, 깊이 뿌리내리게 됩니다 ㅠㅠ 아마 다른 나라들도 교육 방식이 이와 비슷한 부분이 있지 않나요?

어떠한 상황에서도 국제인도법은 준수되어야 하며, 인간의 존엄성 역시 타협할 수 없는 최우선 가치로 지켜져야 합니다. 영상은 24년 9월 발생한 실제 상황으로 미국 백악관이 매우 충격적(deeply disturbing)이라고 평가했고 존 커비 등 미당국자가 혐오스럽고 용납할 수 없는 행동”이라고 까지 언급했던 일입니다. 이에 이스라엘의 관련 조사와 조치도 이루어졌다고 합니다. 조금 다행이라면 살아있는 사람이 아니라 시신이었다는 점이지만, 시신이라도 이와같은 처우는 국제법 위반입니다. 지난 역사 속에서 일어난 수많은 비극은 인권의 소중함이 무엇보다 최고이자 최선의 가치임을 가르쳐 주었습니다 . 뼈아픈 상처 위에 남겨진 교훈을 반복된 참혹극으로 되풀이 해서는 안됩니다. 그래야 인류 모두가 상생하는 화해와 협력의 미래로 나아갈 수 있습니다. 어떤 이유에서든 어디에서든 인권은 최후의 보루이며 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 가치입니다.
