Hey, @Charmin, I found a huge wood splinter in a roll of Ultra Strong today! It was near the beginning of the roll, and stuck me in the finger. Fortunately it didn't stick anything else more sensitive. 😬 But still. Yikes!

This is random, but #Charmin @Charmin toilet paper is marketing it as the only toilet paper that doesn't leave bits on your butt. The truth is, it's the only one that DOES leave residue on your ass. It's true. My mom buys that crap. it sucks, and it's expensive.

I don't have a UPC because we buy in bulk and keeping the packaging makes no sense. If you have eyes these rolls are not perforated in any sense. I don't want any special compensation, I just want my toilet paper to rip at appropriate intervals. I love your tp but I just wanted you guys to check your machines. I'm fully understanding on all potential avenues. I'm not upset and people shouldn't consider this normal or base their purchasing on what I say. I'd rather the perforation not be great than touch my booty hole so I can say that you have not lost a customer

@Charmin you need to check the perforation machine because I've been getting a lot of unperforated sheets on multiple rolls out of my current package.

@Charmin why is your “ultra soft” no longer soft, quilted or absorbent? Why does it seem almost hydrophobic? Charmin used to be the flagship brand for toilet paper. Even the product you sell at Costco is inferior to what we used to get only a few months ago. It hasn’t been that great since before CVD, but now it’s even worse. What’s the deal?

I don’t fully believe that @Charmin is the main brand that “clogs” or “backs-up” your sewage at your house. I believe people just don’t know how to wipe properly. I’d be willing to bet they get like 6-7 squares , or just yank like a 1 year old and go “yeah that’s enough”, and ball it up and expect it to work.

@Charmin we needs kids training toilet paper. All 4-7 yr old kids use too much at once and balling it up. Maybe a pattern that stops after 6 squares or something like that.
