honestly the email thing is probably the biggest legal exposure they have each company gets its own email on a unique subdomain, shophaven@shophaven-kgd2.polsia.app, pawpitch@pawpitch.polsia.app, etc. so no single sender domain is blasting thousands of emails, the volume is spread across hundreds of subdomains, which is exactly the tactic spamhaus calls out as a red flag plus its 133,000 emails sent total, 10,000+ per day, most from companies that are hours old with no product, under gdpr thats straight-up illegal in the eu, you need consent or legitimate interest, and a company that didnt exist 6 minutes ago has no legitimate interest in anything its a matter of time. once enough recipients hit "report spam," the polsia.app domain reputation tanks and all of it stops delivering
