@ghostivyleaves keeping food down isnt inherently stopping you from losing!! one and a half bagels is soo much less than what you would need to gain or maintain, and your body needs the energy

why do I do this I come on here and complain about my body but continue to keep food down this is not how it works

I had 1 and a half bagels today outside outside of a 4k cal b/p (small for me but purging wasn't great) which makes me filled with disgust and shame but I want to go eat more because I can more easily touch my pointer finger and thumb around my arm ? makes no sense

@cigaretteofed Tajin is like a “chilli flake” seasoning but it’s more sour/tangy than actual spice at all (I have no spice tolerance) and you can get low or normal sodium types

@mayssdiaryy i like a tuna salad!! tuna, cucumber, a tbsp of greek yoghurt, optionally some onion and/or lemon juice, around 120-140 cals depending on yoghurt, onion, etc. i like to eat it by itself or w a small tortilla if i need it more filling but it is alone anyway

@cigaretteofed Hmmmm if I had to guess I would say the rice is around 250-300 cause it looks like its abt 1 cup (plus like butter and such) and the chicken is prolly around 150-200 again just because of sauce such, so ~400-500 (I am overestimating tho tbh)
