Another brilliant weekend at @AlstomUK Litchurch Lane for Team 507. Great to see some new faces visiting us for the first time to work on 507001.

The final 455/7 units are about to be withdrawn, including their ex-508 trailers: the last PEP-family vehicles in passenger service on the main line. 🫡

We’re here with our friendly @merseyrail neighbours at the Thomas Brassey Society at St Barnabas Village Centre, Bromborough CH62 7AB. The event is open until 4pm today.

We will have our society stand at The Thomas Brassey Society's Railway History Day, this Saturday at St Barnabas Village Centre, Bromborough. Come along to chat to Team 507 about the unit, as well as enjoying the other exhibitors and talks.

Join us this weekend at @RainhillMRC's 2026 show! We are bringing our famous simulator, featuring a real class 507 driver's desk adapted by TS Controllers. We will also have our usual range of wares for sale, and society members will be on hand to talk about our favourite EMU.
