Who’s running NAT64 and WiFi here? I’m not sure whether I found a bug in clatd or it’s something else. CLAT works on my phone, but not on my notebook using github.com/toreanderson/c… #RIPE86

.@JobSnijders talks about “Archiving #RPKI Data for the Very Curious via RPKIviews” (rpkiviews.org) during Routing Working Group session at #RIPE86. And, he is also looking for storage sponsors for the long-term archive…maybe .@Hetzner_Online?

@overunderlay I'm also worried how many times I have to explain people the concepts of decoupling like things you can put on a queue and let it being processed later

the network is just an abstraction layer
@connectChris but yes, certainly agree there are too many opaque layers between consumers of compute & folks that know how much it costs. "function as a service" ("serverless") is a good attempt at aligning price-to-consumer & cost-of-compute #RIPE86

There’s a lot of discussions around power consumption and energy reduction this year. I think the upper layers (customers of clouds…) and infrastructure providers should talk more to each other and figure out how to schedule work load when power is the cheapest and green #RIPE86
