Vail Resorts just sent a doozy of an email to employees outlining: - Reorganization of the Mountain Division's divisions. - New "Workforce Enablement Team" and "Centers of Excellence." - Unifying snowmaking, grooming and terrain parks into one snow surfaces department at each resort. - New management structure for summer ops. - New HR model including outsourced HR. - Some new positions & some "job eliminations."
