@craigFF @Nerdrotics Then Disney should not have made this into a movie that needed to clear in their own words 600 million to break even. Perhaps after S01 or S02 this could have worked after S03 and Boba Fett it was always going to die in ignominy because those shows are hated dumpster fires.

A great point and also true of academics. The puzzle in entertainment is also why the people who just want to make money seem to have given up on supporting that. If you had told me 10 years ago that Hollywood would leave money on the table for ideology, I never would have believed you.
