The goal? To forge stronger ties between Texas and Pakistan through a "sister state-province agreement." This troubling initiative followed a meeting two years ago with Masood Khan, Pakistan’s former Ambassador to the U.S., who publicly congratulated Bhojani for pushing the "Pakistan Day of Action at the State Capitol" resolution, a so-called "landmark" in the Texas State Assembly. But wait, there’s more! Now that there is a new Pakistani Ambassador to the U.S., Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, who is actively aligning with Texas politicians, will he lead this delegation? Is this yet another move to strengthen Pakistani influence in the Lone Star State? Are you kidding me? What exactly will Texas gain from a taxpayer-funded delegation to Pakistan?
