Hwoarang barely has any CH launchers left in this game. For a character who isn’t even in the top 10, this is too much. The risk–reward aspect of Hwoarang is almost completely gone. It feels like he ended up this way just because people hate the character. If you’re going to nerf him like this, then at least make backlash or f1+2 CH launchers again.

Hwoarang is dead. There is no longer any reason to play Hwoarang. Even when he was nerfed in Season 2, I did research and hard training to try and salvage the character, but I no longer see a future. I was very stressed out by this character's inefficient skill structure and unreasonable system elements, but looking at today's patch, there is no longer any need to play this character. It is time to look for another character.

I was a fan of s2. And devs direction. The more you go with the complaining players. You’ve made me not want to play. I can’t wait for invincible vs. I was y’all’s biggest fan and you’ve drove me away. Stop touching combos. Heat dash combos were cool. Heat smash wall splat cool. Lars combos, some of the best I’d seen till you nerfed them. Craziest part is you’re catering to these cry babies who want you fired. Who made sure to drive eyes away from s2. The heat stance hellsweep was nerfed too, despite it already being the worst in the game. With s2 nerfs to chip damage and s3 nerf to heat smash, his heat is really bad now

Not being funny but, if people who lack basic fundamental knowledge like this can get these ranks due to the system being more lenient in S3, it's not a good look for this game. You're giving these players a false sense of achievement when they face players that know their stuff.
