It should only be a minor inconvenience since the double slash is separated by a single space. Worst case, people writing… not good code can add an exception for “P//d”

I started preparing for cEDH tournaments last winter then realized how common draws are in a tournament setting and completely lost interest. This and the combination of cheating and angle shooting politics has completely turned me off to the format.

@scryfall My initial plan was Bloomburrow then a little research suggested Thunder Junction. A caveat to the chaos draft is that you get to choose a creature (any creature) to act as your commander but no color identity restrictions. So sets with good creatures would be a bonus.

@MTGGoldfish Aren't all four of the precons white (Terra, Cloud, Tidya, and Y'shtola)? I'd expect one of each printing to be in each deck but I suppose that could break the FFVI, FFVII, FFX, and FFXIV thing going on, too.

@ConnorCoultrup @tronisbad It's an activated ability, those are signified with a colon (":") -- most newer cards tap as part of their activated ability but Vivi does not. It needs to use the stack and the option to use it at instant speed so it ended up with what's printed.

I said it before the errata, WotC should blanket ban companions and change the ruling back to how it was printed. The rationale for banning Jegantha was absurd, btw. Essentially said they didn’t want a card that limited deck design when that’s the core concept for companions.

I like the move. Darnold is probably a starting QB for another team next season and this is a good backup option for the Vikings (assuming Jones is willing to do that) for next year and beyond -- assuming there are no setbacks in McCarthy's recovery.

This is HUGE news that I don't see a lot of MTG people talking about. It's all the way at the bottom of the Foundations Mechanics webpage. Although the release of Foundation is definitely the best time to clean up any archaic rules, this really doesn't feel needed.
