Japan sees China as its greatest threat. In essence, this is because the Japanese know deep down that the atrocities they committed in China were utterly heinous. Yet, driven by a sense of racial superiority, they are unwilling to acknowledge their own crimes. At the same time, they fear retaliation from an increasingly powerful China. So they resort to all kinds of fabricated negative narratives to demonize China, thereby justifying their hatred—hatred that stems from ever-growing fear.
Not many, but some Japanese have already come to face the truth of this matter.
@BeijingDai As an American, I'm on the side of Japan, thus far
& China is not in any moral position to criticize Japan or any other nation for human rights abuses, in light of China's equally if not more atrocious human rights record
Same with all Communist nations, plus Islamist nations
