In today's head-scratching F1 news: Jonathan Wheatley is set to leave the program that's already exceeding all expectations, so he can join one that's... well, the complete opposite.

is it possible for @Apple to open up the iPads for @Steam so that we can play proper games on the iPad and not the slop on the app store?

With the Apple Vision Pro, you don’t feel like you’re sitting in economy class. It’s like being in my entertainment room or a cinema! Plus, the airplane entertainment screen is so outdated. I’m grateful for the invention of the #AppleVisionPro Thanks @tim_cook #SpatialComputing

@felixrieseberg Calude is innovating at breakneck speed and cost efficiency, I don't see any product that's offering as much as Claude at its price point, image/video slop not withstanding.

Pakistan has nuclear weapons and is seeking to achieve an ICBM capability that would bring the US within range. Osama bin Laden was also found hanging out in Abbotabad. What am I missing here?

@effonecasualfan Its pre-decided, George will be given the maximum opportunity to win the WDC from the team this year, then he will be asked to make way for Max next year. Only reason Max hasn't replaced him already is due to his RB contract.

Whichever way you cut it, it does appear that the George Russell-Mercedes partnership might not be a long one as many would ideally hope. First of all, Kimi Antonelli, in just his second season of F1 is roughly within a couple of tenths of the experienced driver. And this is not just any driver I'm talking about here, George Russell is one of the top 3 drivers in F1 right now and Kimi Antonelli is already keeping him in sight. From this point, the only way for Kimi is upwards and the learning curve is still quite steep. He could very well reach a point where he's consistently challenging or even taking on George by the end of the year. If Mercedes sticks with this combination and Kimi becomes a major player next season, we could potentially see a scenario where George starts getting the stepson treatment (that he arguably got in 2025 as well at times) and the younger driver starts taking over. That's one scenario. The other scenario is the return of Max Verstappen to Mercedes rumors. It was as obvious as it could be last year that Toto Wolff is willing to roll out the Red carpet for Max should he want to join the team. This year, it's an easier exit clause in place as reportedly he has to be within top 2 by mid-season. Should that not happen and Verstappen feels that the Long-term future of Red Bull involves a period of rebuild, we could see him make a move to Mercedes.. As we've already seen last year, Toto is willing to let George go if it means Max can join, especially since Kimi is seemingly his pet project. All lines do lead to a scenario where the George Russell-Mercedes partnership might not be a long one

X is going to allow users to restrict posts they see by region. But it's time Indians ask X to have countries as filters no matter what users put their region as. @x @nikitabier I want to restrict accounts that say "South Asia" but not accounts that say "India" or display their country. Because, due to Pakistan's infowar on the world using "South Asia" as region, reach of Indians can now be restricted, as users around the world filter "South Asia". Will @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw please take this up with X for Indians? It is easy for X to filter by country too. For example, I must be able to block Pakistani accounts even if they display as South Asia.
