Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announces that former FBI Director James Comey has been charged with two felony accounts following a grand jury indictment in North Carolina. 1) Knowingly making a threat against the President of the United States 2) Transmitting an interstate communication containing a threat to kill POTUS. Each of these sentences carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.
