2022: No salary increase
2023: No salary increase
2024: No salary increase
2025: No salary increase
2026 :
Employee: Please accept my resignation.
Boss: You’re doing great. Why are you resigning?
Employee: I accepted an offer with a 95% base salary increase and guaranteed yearly salary cycles as long as I meet my performance goals set by my manager.
48 hours later...
Boss: We will match the 95%, please stay, we need your work!
Employee: Unfortunately, it’s too late. Friday is my last day.
Leaders of organizations need to understand their teams’ motivation every month. Every employee is motivated by different things in different periods. Take care of your good employees before it is too late
@mybroadband Should you have queries regarding crime or similar, it would be better to check with the CPF or local SAPS before publishing incorrect information.

@mybroadband The Durban North CPF works alongside the Durban North SAPS and we have had no reported cases of fraudulent inspectors, nor this vehicle or men in suits.
In fact, the details you cited came from hoax posts that circulated as far back as 2018.
Also @Payfast , I will not longer be recommending you to clients I build websites for as a payment portal, and will urge them to look for other options.
Have told @Payfast to pay me out and delete my account.
They can't tell me exactly why they can't verify me and I must now go ask my bank to help, with something Payfast can barely explain to me is wrong.
With so many other payment processors out there, I'll go elsewhere.
Now, I don't have much left in there, but I cannot even withdraw it.
And I was trying to move my clients to recurring billing, but I guess now I am screwed, and I am not one of the 80,000+ businesses they want to "help"
For anyone who uses @Payfast, whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS.
Being a law abiding person, I updated my address to comply with FICA.
And what did Payfast do, they closed my account and locked me out, AFTER confirming verification documents.
@Afrihost I have sent a DM. It's only varying from Afrihost.
Fibre line provider. Previous ISP. Previous account all. All confirmed cancelled, no services, nothing active.
@d4zza Hi Dazza, thanks so much for getting in touch. I totally get how this situation can be a bit confusing, especially with all the varying information from different providers. If you could send me a DM with the ID or B number, that would really help me assist you better.
^Sbongile
It fascinates me.
OpenServe says B number is available, not in use.
Telkom says line cancelled and no services.
Old owner says all cancelled.
But @Afrihost insists that line is blocked and *might* only be cancelled month end.

At last - an online purchase delivery time slot that’s more specific than “between 8am & 5pm”, albeit only in 3 cities:
Amazon SA today announced the launch of Multiple-Delivery Windows, a new service that puts customers in control of when their packages arrive. Available now in Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Cape Town it allows customers to schedule deliveries up to one day in advance and select from up to three convenient time windows.
The new service addresses one of South African online shoppers' most common pain points - uncertainty about when deliveries will arrive - by offering specific morning (08:00-13:00), afternoon (13:00-18:00), and evening (17:00-20:00) delivery slots.
"We know South African customers lead busy lives and value convenience and predictability," said Robert Koen, Managing Director for Amazon Sub-Saharan Africa. "With our new delivery time slot options, we're giving customers greater control and flexibility to receive their packages when it works best for them. They can now plan ahead by scheduling deliveries up to a day in advance and can take advantage of our morning delivery option starting at 8:00am. These improvements reflect our commitment to constantly refining our service based on customer feedback and local needs.”
What do you say, @TAKEALOT ??
