After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. @PaulTassi They hadn't released a game in 5 years and had nothing in the pipeline for the next 5+ and had been relegated to a support studio. You can't ride for 10+ years on 1 game as a 1st party, not when your single biggest flex, remastering games, will be done by AI within a few years.

I feel terrible for Bluepoint and great for PlayStation. We literally just watched their best SOP ever with bangers on the way. Business is business. We gamers need to mature and understand that. Bluepoint has never made an OG IP. Their last remake game was 6 years ago. They said they didn’t want to do anymore remakes and wanted to try something new. It didn’t work. No revenue for 6 years and no great prospects for their next game, this was inevitable. We have to stop being so emotional about things that don’t impact us. We don’t know all the facts. Sony is killing it. Trust that.
