I know we still have time but as it stands right now, I think the PS6 might genuinely be cooked. Between the digital only backlash, it likely being double the price of any previous PS console & the diminishing returns on graphics. Just seems like the perfect storm to me.

@colepeyton79 Well I want to continue to game, but a seriously considering other options here. Sony offering nearly all their games games on disc was something that I highly valued and kept me so engaged with their brand.

Question: If PlayStation goes all digital and the only way you can buy games is through their closed storefront/ecosystem... wouldn't it just make sense for gamers to seriously consider Steam at that point since it has much better customer service and support?

Sony really is just willing to watch every one of their social media posts get absolutely fucking wrecked. I don't think I've ever seen a company express such a lack of care for their fanbase before. This is some next level shit. Absolute morons running PlayStation.
