I legit almost died. Thats why I was silent. For over a year I dealt with a health issue that doctors from Vanderbilt and St Thomas misdiagnosed and gave me medication that was the opposite of what I needed. It almost killed me. Im back though and ready to wreck some fools

@Breauxbil @RossKneeDeep It’s how it is being done now vs then. There were judicial warrants, no masked secret police.

@RossKneeDeep I blame the media bias which it was not in the news when he was doing the deportations. It was like a tree falling in the woods but anytime a Republican president does the same it’s a big news frenzy.

How was Obama able to deport so many more people than Trump without total chaos in the streets? How was he so much better at it?

@HoegLaw The last trilogy went wrong because there wasn’t a plan. 1st movie was too much like A New Hope, 2nd movie was a reaction to that criticism. We don’t like the new stuff, so the 3rd movie was a reaction to that criticism. No plan.

🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: MAGA Tourists Boycott Spain And UK This Summer, Furious Those Countries Refuse To Support Trump DES MOINES, IA — In a bold act of international retaliation, several MAGA supporters confirmed this week that they will not be traveling to Spain or the United Kingdom this summer, citing deep frustration that these countries “won’t get on board” with what President Trump is doing. “We’re tired of countries that refuse to support Trump,” said one attendee, adjusting his red cap with the solemnity of a statesman. “So we’re staying home. No Spain. No UK. Let them enjoy their little castles and beaches without us.” Analysts say the boycott is expected to be highly sustainable, as it requires no planning, no passport, and no exposure to unfamiliar food that is not deep fried. The decision is also being praised for its practical realism. Multiple supporters confirmed that even if the urge to visit Europe struck unexpectedly, the lack of available funds would immediately restore ideological clarity. “It’s not just the principle,” said another participant, wearing a shirt that loudly declared he would rather be Russian than a Democrat. “It’s also that there’s no room in the budget. And if I take more than two days off, I’m pretty sure my boss replaces me with some other guy from the neighborhood who already owns steel toe boots and has never ‘needed a mental health day’ in his life.” European tourism officials responded with measured calm, noting that the boycott may lead to slightly shorter lines at museums, and a marginally quieter summer in coastal towns that were not previously overwhelmed by visitors from places without paid leave. At press time, the boycott was reportedly expanding to include France, Italy, and any country where the average worker can take a vacation without having to negotiate it like a hostage release. @aburkhartlaw I’ve gone through 3 probates: my husband’s, my father’s, and my uncle’s. None of them were bad to do, but uncle’s had the most tax implications.

Do not take estate planning advice from random twitter accounts. I used to do a lot of simple estate planning. One of the most common scams I would see is the living trust racket, where very nice people would be sold a very expensive, thick binder document purporting to place all of their assets in living trust to avoid probate. It would always make my heart sink to see someone bring in one of these shiny binders for me to review because I already knew what they had paid a lot of money for was probably worthless and I'd probably have to tell them that they'd been swindled. The thing about a living trust is that it has to be funded. The only things it will apply to are assets titled in the trust. THIS is the difficult part about setting up a trust - the deeding and transferring and registering and everything required to make sure that the trust will even apply to the assets you want it to apply to. Anything it doesn't apply to may still have to go through probate. The binder mills I saw sold a lot of expensive binders for thousands of dollars where they did the really easy part of writing out a basic trust document from a form they've probably used thousands of times and never did the hard work of following through to fund the trust. Many people have most of their non-real estate assets in retirement accounts - 401ks, IRAs, and similar vehicles. These assets typically pass outside of probate because they have designated beneficiaries of their own to whom the asset transfers on death. There can be enormous tax consequences depending on who the named beneficiary is. Get qualified advice about identifying and naming beneficiaries for retirement and other pay-on-death accounts as well as life insurance from people who understand both the mechanics of how these assets transfer and the tax implications of different transfer structures. Probate is also often not the nightmare process people imagine it to be. Many states have accelerated processes or even exempt estates below certain thresholds from probate. Because funding a living trust is difficult, time-consuming, and usually involves transaction costs like recording deeds, it may end up costing more than a simple probate process anyway. There is no one-size fits all estate planning advice that gives everyone the best result. If you have enough assets to even be worrying about what your children's inheritance will look like, spend the money to consult with a lawyer who will help you understand all of the implications - including tax and probate avoidance - before you decide on the best structure for your estate.
Man’s NOT Barry Roux@AdvoBarryRoux

Before you pass away, remove your kids as direct beneficiaries of your assets. Instead, place all your assets in a revocable trust and name your kids as beneficiaries of the trust. This allows them to bypass the lengthy probate process and gain immediate access to the assets.

@RpsAgainstTrump Yes, I am a Christian and I don't care about the lives of sociopathic drug dealers that addict, kill and ruin thousands of lives for profit. Maybe, in some perfect universe, I would, but they're evil people & the world is better without them in it.
