🚨New: Today, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares spoke about Stephanie Minter in a Senate hearing. Minter’s accused killer is an illegal immigrant who has a lengthy violent criminal history and has been released more than 30 times in Fairfax County.
Miyares blasted the sanctuary policies of Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, Fairfax County Chair Jeff McKay and the board of supervisors, and Sheriff Stacey Kincaid.

The suspect was repeatedly freed after Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office dropped multiple charges against the Sierra Leone national.
