The Nagasaki Tram is a cute system that clearly needs more frequency, every tram I went on was packed. Stations seems to be served every 5-10 mins all day but mostly with tiny 11.5m long rigid body trams. There are also a handful of newer 3 section low floor trams are 16m long.

Tokyo 1970s and 80s. When the trains in Tokyo stopped between 1am and 5am, it was a good time to wander with camera on tripod, as the city quieted down for a few hours. A few cafes stayed open, upping their prices, knowing that people would sleep in the booths, waiting for the trains to start running again. Day and night didn’t really matter though. It seemed like pictures were everywhere. Some of these pictures are currently on display at WMK Gallery in Hong Kong until May 25. “HKG-TYO 1974-2023”.

@CogVeteran So this isn't related to the map, but Omaha wasn't really extraordinary. Post-landing investigations showed that the average number of defences AND casualties per mile were roughly the same on Sword, Juno, Gold and Omaha.
