BPCL has examined the claims circulating on social media regarding ants congregating around vehicle fuel filler caps and their alleged association with E20 petrol. Fuel-grade ethanol used for petrol blending is produced through fermentation and distillation processes that eliminate residual sugars from the final product. Further, fuel ethanol contains denaturants, which are repellent to insects. Upon blending, the characteristic hydrocarbon odour of petrol remains dominant over any inherent ethanol odour. In addition, ethanol-blended petrol exhibits lower fuel vapour formation compared to conventional petrol. As a result, there is no identifiable attractant associated with E20 fuel that would cause ants or other insects to congregate around vehicle fuel caps. Therefore, claims suggesting a link between E20 fuel and ant attraction have no scientific basis. my brother’s NEET PG notes, videos and paid study groups were all on telegram telegram got banned. so now he’s stuck messaging pirated-content scammers just to access what he already paid for to stop one leaked NEET UG paper, you broke access for thousands of honest aspirants the source of the leak walks free. the medium gets banned. the students get punished this is the solution?

verified: reliance (AS18101) is BGP hijacking telegram's IP block 91.108.56.0/22. checked RIPE routing-status API directly, AS18101 appears as an origin with zero route objects and zero RIPE authorization. Indian telecom Reliance is sabotaging access to Telegram for millions of users OUTSIDE India (including the UAE) via a rogue method called BGP hijacking. The sabotage seems intentional, as Reliance has ignored multiple reports. This may be part of a competitive war, as Reliance is partially owned by Meta — the company behind WhatsApp. Network operators are advised to reject unauthorized BGP announcements from Reliance (AS18101) to prevent route hijacks and ensure stable Internet access for their users. Such abuse of global Internet routing is alarming. I wouldn’t be surprised if Reliance/WhatsApp were also behind the recent lobbying effort to ban Telegram in India.

His party, TVK, has also issued a strict warning to party workers, stating that disciplinary action will be taken against anyone who violates the directive. A great precedent! 💯

Pavel Durov says Reliance is using a method called BGP hijacking, a technique where a company corrupts internet routing tables to redirect or block traffic from specific apps and websites. In simple terms, Reliance is manipulating how internet traffic flows globally to cut off access to Telegram for users in countries like the UAE. Durov says this appears intentional because Reliance has ignored multiple reports flagging the issue. He is also calling on all network operators worldwide to reject unauthorized routing announcements from Reliance to stop the hijacking and restore normal internet access for their users. Durov suspects both Reliance and Meta are jointly behind the recent lobbying effort to get Telegram banned in India entirely.
