As part of ongoing worker safety and welfare initiatives, NHAI Project Implementation Unit - Ayodhya, organized a training and awareness programme on “Protection from Extreme Temperature & Heatwave Safety” for the workforce engaged on Ayodhya–Jagdishpur section of NH-330A. The session focused on raising awareness about preventing heat stress and adopting safe working practices during extreme summer conditions. Workers were sensitised to the importance of staying hydrated, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, taking adequate rest breaks, wearing appropriate clothing, and monitoring co-workers for signs of heat-related illness.
