On X, I found a group of kindred souls. It keeps me sane even though I know we are in the tiny minority. I am no longer left or right. I align with no party now. I am pro individual rights and freedom and against the "common good" because there's no such thing. I want solutions

American shows what his Family Health Insurance (Bronze Saver Plus) Plan will cost in 2026: - $2,094.15 per month - $27,229 per year - $13,000 deductible - $20,300 maximum out of pocket No one can afford this. The Affordable Care Act has destroyed healthcare. “This cannot be real! How the heck are families supposed to get medical care?! I'm at a loss.... This is freaking insane.”

This morning, the Greek Catholic Patriarchate issued a statement that all Easter festivities are cancelled in Syria following massacres of Christians by Islamists. Notice how the media, podcaster class, and European leaders are completely silent. Why?

He cites people wanting to be “safe” as a reason to destroy a mural on a private building meant to honor a murdered woman. You can’t imagine how crazy Democrats are in these blue bastions. You think what you see on MSNBC is nuts? It’s even worse in their bubble cities.

Western civilization may never win another war if this keeps up This is maddening. The radical left, mainstream media, and the woke right are running the exact same playbook with the US/Israel campaign against Iran as they did with Israel in Gaza They create impossible standards in terms of: -Zero Casualties -Zero Economic Disruption -Zero Uncertainty -Zero Time to Accomplish the Mission -Zero Collateral Damage And everything the bad guys do is actually our fault because we made them do it….same script as Gaza…the bad guys have no agency and it’s actually our fault Day 32 of the Iran war: -degraded missile factories, nuclear sites, IRGC bases, and proxy networks -the Supreme Leader is gone…and his replacement is s vegetable -all the top leadership is gone…in fact, we don’t even know who’s in charge Yet the all you hear is endless doomerism And all of this sounds exactly like the demoralization propaganda from Russia, China, and Iran, that has infiltrated our society for years via social media and retarded influencers chasing click This isn’t responsible skepticism It’s weakness… And you’ll never get peace through strength when the opponent knows you lack resolve and they can just wait you out This is madness

A couple of prayer requests this morning. My friend Nahum is fighting the same cancer I am. We are both stage four. So I am praising God for a good report for him this morning, and I ask for continued prayers that he will be completely and miraculously healed of this cancer. Two, tomorrow I have my first scan since being re-staged to stage four. It’s been a stressful time and the scans cause a lot of anxiety, I’ll admit. So if I could ask for prayers for God’s peace and freedom from anxiety. And also that tomorrow, my scan will be clean, and there will be no more unpleasant surprises! Thanks friends.
Nahum O'Brien@NahumOBrien

Health Update: The latest scan (23 Mar) revealed that the four concerning cancerous lymph nodes are stable, which is to say they haven’t grown, most have decreased in activity, with no additional spread. In light of this, the plan moving forward is possible radiation and/… 1/7

BREAKING: According to a new Daily Mail poll, just 24% of Americans have a favorable view of Tucker Carlson. Only 21% believe he represents the future of the Republican party. 39% believe he represents a dangerous future while 40% are unsure. Social media is not real life, guys.

I have a habit of stopping by airport chapels when I have the time. Most of them have closed down in the US in major airports, but DFW reopened theirs and they’re basically mosques. I had a very uncomfortable experience praying in the chapel on Palm Sunday, but I refused to leave while the Muslims were being so nasty. I refused to leave what is meant to be a temple of the Lord, especially on Palm Sunday. I had a long layover so I waited them out. One man grew frustrated after about 30 minutes and left, but not before others came in. They were clearly having conversations about me in Arabic. They weren’t being shy about letting me know they were talking about me. But I sat and prayed and read the Bible and I did not leave until the last Muslim had cleared out. It was actually a very scary experience given how isolated the chapel was, but I think we need to start staking ground.

Occam's razor. There's a more rational explanation here: this is just Trump being Trump. The 1987 interview makes that clear. Trump wasn't outlining a complex future supply-chain cold war against China. He was complaining that America was getting ripped off protecting Gulf oil shipments for allies like Japan while Iran attacked tankers, and that the response should be to seize and hold one of Iran's major oil installations to recover losses. Guess how he talked about his casino and real estate deals, or his dozens of legal cases from that same period? It was the exact same transactional view. He had to be the only "winner," and everyone else therefore had to "lose." He applied that pattern to everything he did: identify a bad deal or a rival, leverage money or legal warfare to flip it, and try to extract value from it (often before leaving the wreckage for someone else to clean up). Through that lens, the fact that these moves squeeze China is a side effect. They all stem from Trump's consistent zero-sum view that any rival advantage is America's loss. It's how he has ALWAYS thought, and that's evidenced by decades of publicly available sources. You're more than welcome to read some of them here: x.com/ddtmatter/stat… Jillian's video equates correlation with causation while acting like he's some grand chess master. That doesn't hold when you trace the line back through Trump's own record. It's all about him trying to apply his business strategy on the global stage without understanding that countries aren't businesses.

In 1999, after my husband got out of the Army, we started a small dump truck business and we had to buy our own insurance. It was us and 3 kids, one who had asthma and one with spinal bifida occulta- major preexisting conditions. Our monthly cost was $345 for an HMO plan with $10 copays and no deductible. By 2014, the premiums were over $1k with a 30% coinsurance and a $6k deductible and no, we could not keep our doctors. There was nothing “AFFORDABLE” or “CAREing” about it. ObamaCare destroyed healthcare.

🤦‍♂️ All this is doing is showing that he gets stuck on something and will hold grudges for DECADES. That's not a secret. His vendetta against the NFL? It started in the 1980s with his USFL team. Naming particular places in New York and New Jersey? It started with his battles with Ed Koch and city council. His feud with Pritzker? That stretches back to his 1990s battle with the Hyatt family. Again, it just shows one thing: the man can't let a damn thing go.
