It was so great to attend the first COVID-friendly in-person research event since 2019 - and to connect to the local community in Greater Boston: the BU Platform Research Symposium! I presented joint work with @OHenfridsson Great discussions!

@R_Thaler @CassSunstein Thanks for your comment! Indeed, I believe that algorithmic nudging is a double-edged sword (see HBR article). But I think algorithmic nudges do not have to be unethical - mirroring your very important work on how nudging can improve decisions about wealth, health and happiness.

Is this an example of “There’s always that one child” or “I’ve always been an over achiever”? 🤣

Check out this paper by Akhmedova et al (2021). They conducted a lit review about research addressing service quality in the sharing economy - and it looks like the first paper I have published during my PHD in 2015 has been an influential piece! --> Möhlmann 2015 :)
