After 8 years as Product Owner at Revolut, I’ve seen how even the best teams still fly blind on their own projects. We burn hours on status updates, dashboards, and meetings that feel more like theater than real work. So I’m building Aira — an AI Product Manager that joins your engineering team as an actual member. It reads your code, Slack, tickets and PRs, and gives you real visibility. Just recorded the first demo. Watch it here → aira.pro If it resonates, join the waitlist. First spots will be limited. Who’s in?

Apache-2.0, alpha, dogfoods its own development: github.com/dimileeh/agent… Fair warning: it was running inside AWF the whole session, so weigh the verdict accordingly. The architecture diff is the interesting part, not the score. Curious what breaks for you.

Claude Code just made the case for why it CAN'T replace my tool with its own subagents. AWF: a control plane that runs coding agents as isolated, persistent contributors that drive their own PRs to merge. Just open-sourced it 👇

5/5: This is the gap my Aira is built to dissolve. An AI Product Manager that lives inside your codebase, understands ownership, dependencies, and risk - and turns business intent into direct, autonomous execution. When the builder and the product thinker are the same entity again, you get the coherence that made Unix last for decades. Aira is that entity for your team. #AI #ProductManagement #EngineeringLeadership

4/5: Most modern teams run the opposite model: Product defines the "what", Engineering figures out the "how". Context evaporates in translation. Priorities drift. Tech debt explodes because no single entity owns both the intent and the implementation.

1/5: In 1969, Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie built Unix at Bell Labs for a simple reason: existing operating systems were getting in their way. There was no product manager. No separate "what vs how" split. The same people who wrote the code also decided what the system should become.

3/4 Sound familiar? That’s exactly what Aira does inside engineering teams today. We grok your actual codebase, write real PRDs, break down work, assign tasks, and run autonomous sprints - killing the repetitive PM theater so you can actually build.

1/4 1969. Apollo 11 is seconds from landing when alarms scream: 1201, 1202. Computer overload. But Margaret Hamilton’s software doesn’t freeze - it prioritizes ruthlessly, dumps the low-priority tasks, and keeps flying. That one design decision saved the mission.

Drinking tea at 11pm while Claude turns my Slack integration vision for Aira into shipped code. The spec: - Mention Aira bot in any channel → she consumes the whole thread and responds. - Every conversation streams live into her project ledger via webhooks -> I call this 'actionable intelligence' - DM her directly → she replies in Slack as your persistent AI Product Manager. I asked Claude to build it via Aira MCP. It’s now autonomously: • Prioritizing tasks • Spinning up PRs • My automation agents reviewing, commenting, iterating overnight By morning, Aira should be native in Slack. This is what "AI teammate" actually looks like. No theater. Just execution while I sleep. Who’s ready to have Aira in their PM tools? → aira.pro #AIAgents #ProductManagement

@val_riabtsev Captcha seems to be too suspicious! Could you please try again? Yeah, I can give you access 🙂

Oh common, just set up regular backups and a crontab to check DB health every 5 minutes. If db death is detected, crontab triggers your agent to repair the DB. No more emergency calls in the middle of the night. You wake up to see that an incident has been handled and everything is green now.

1/9 “Vibe coding” is magical for prototypes. Tell an AI what to build → get working code in minutes. But when you’re shipping production systems with CI/CD, code review, security, and a real team… most vibe coding setups collapse. Here’s how I actually ship production code building an industry-grade system using a multi-agent swarm that writes, reviews, fixes, and merges PRs with almost zero human intervention.

@PromptSlinger Max, I’m confused. Before LLMs, how did you review PRs with 400 lines written by someone else?

@dimileeh the code review part is what kills me. someone opens a PR with 400 lines they didn't write and you're supposed to just... approve that? based on what exactly

OpenClaw is truly a game-changing democratising piece of technology 🚀
Onur Solmaz@onusoz

You need to understand one fact about OpenClaw People are biased and incentivized to spread disinformation about OpenClaw. That is because OpenClaw IS NOT PUMPING ANYONE’S BAGS, unlike most other projects Literally every other for-profit agent product is incentivized to trash OpenClaw, BECAUSE OpenClaw is a neutral third party across the industry and geopolitical scene. They MAKE MONEY when OpenClaw loses OpenClaw does not worry about making money for some investors. Its founder @steipete is a successful exited founder. He is motivated by having fun and democratizing AI, literally. That is why he is suddenly so loved by everyone. He cares about PEOPLE, not MONEY “OpenClaw is bloated” -> Since beginning of March, OpenClaw is thinning its core and putting functionality in plugins behind a plugin SDK. Having numerous plugins to choose from does not mean bloat. This was already copied by others and is still a work in progress “OpenClaw is not secure” -> OpenClaw has the most eyeballs and immediately addresses any security advisories as soon as they come. It is the most secure agent, by sheer pressure “OpenClaw is bought by OpenAI” -> Then why is my bank account so empty bro??? All maintainers are literally unpaid and working DOUBLE beside their dayjobs to ship features to you. Do you think VC money can buy that kind of commitment? Once you understand these facts, you’ll like OpenClaw even more. Because OpenClaw is your AI, People’s AI And you can join us too. OpenClaw is the easiest-to-join project in AI right now. You just need to start using it, and start making good contributions. If you are competent, you can become a maintainer, and join the rest of the team making history!

9/9 Full article is live on LinkedIn (link in first reply). I’ve open-sourced my orchestration code (link in second reply). If you’re a CTO, VPE or technical founder tired of coordination theater and want an AI that actually joins your team with deep codebase understanding, Aira is built for you. Waitlist open → aira.pro What part surprises you most?
