I am going to put £15k in a Trading 212 S&S ISA and i will be quite aggressively investing that in short term growth stocks. I'm leaving my ~£250k IBKR S&S ISA invested in my core long term holdings. What's the worst that can happen

Rebalanced my portfolio slightly📊 £1,000 of $VUSA SOLD I wanted to sell a small portion to build positions in two names I’m bullish on: £800 into $CPRT dominant online car auction platform, benefiting from rising insurance totals/losses + strong used car demand. £200 into $SOFI digital banking & lending leader with improving profitability and strong member growth. Taking some index money and putting it into higher-conviction plays. Who else is reallocating this week?

Surpassed 15k in my LISA so now it’s time to start looking at properties as a reality. I’m lucky enough to live in an area where the avg house price is ~140k. Any home owners on here have any valuable advice for first time buyers? Or mistakes to avoid? Any advice is appreciated!

Thinking about opening up Subscriptions For the price of a coffee a month (probably £4 etc), I’d create a tighter, close-knit space for proper discussions on markets, stock picks, UK investing, macro, things I am looking at, and everything in between. I get so many DMs from UK beginners asking for opinions and I’d genuinely love to give more detailed thoughts there. Would extra 1-on-1 style chat with me actually be valuable to you? DeepSeek - launched v4, quite a competent model which also happens to be ridiculously cheap Sora - shut down by OpenAI permanently GitHub Copilot - who tf uses that? Llama - who tf uses that (pt 2)? Cursor - absolutely crushing it, phenomenal deal in place with SpaceX at a $60B valuation Perplexity - launched Computer 12 times, 4 more than their total customers

It is days like today that my other investor friend and I remind each other this is a mere bump in the road. Likely many on X remember March 2025 surely!
