Andddd relax… After a brutal session and cardio, If you are into fitness and health ect ect saunas can be really useful⬇️ - improves recovery after training💪🏻 - reduce stress levels 🤯 - increase heart rate which reduces the chance of stroke and cardiovascular disease 🫁 If you access to a sauna, make sure you are getting the benefits from them🙏
