@dplushelp for nearly a month, we’ll turn on discovery+ on @Roku and it’ll have “no internet connection” but it’ll play the episode’s audio. We’ll reset the internet every single time, and then the subtitles don’t show up. We can’t get those to show up at all. Can you help?

@dplushelp PiP (Picture In Picture). No longer works on pixel 8 pro running latest android. Just closes. It use to work but either 1. You have updated and broken it or 2. You need to update your software to include PiP in Android version 15

@dplushelp @someonecredible I have been trying for ages to access my account on my Apple TV, every time I hit restore purchase it loads for quite some time and then it shows a success! Then “something went wrong” with the error 404! This is really frustrating!
