A man in his 50s experienced left sided tongue paralysis along with dysphonia and dysphagia on awakening in the intensive care unit after a mixed overdose. He required respiratory support and needed intubation on 4 separate occasions, including once after self-extubating. (1/3)

New paper out! Is triptan use associated with major ischemic events? Yes, but the risk is very low and limited to people aged 60+ with high cardiovascular risk. @ESOstroke @DavidGaist @HerlevGentofte
