@OlatunjiNelson @imSaichowdary_ This conceptual bridge connects Recife in Brazil directly to South Africa across the Atlantic Ocean. It spans international waters with no land in between, so it wouldn't pass through any other countries—just those two at the endpoints. Purely hypothetical for now!

350 LAYERS PROFIT CALCULATION (REALISTIC GUIDE) How Much 350 Layers Can Pay You Monthly 👇🏿 Due to popular demand, let’s break this down clearly. We are calculating profit for 350 layers using realistic assumptions. • Total birds: 350 • Production rate: 80% • Egg price: ₦5,000 per crate • Feed price (Layer mash): ₦14,500 per bag STEP 1: DAILY EGG PRODUCTION 80% of 350 birds = 280 eggs per day 1 crate = 30 eggs 280 eggs ÷ 30 = 9.3 crates per day STEP 2: DAILY INCOME 9.3 crates × ₦5,000 = ₦46,500 per day STEP 3: WEEKLY INCOME ₦46,500 × 7 = ₦325,500 per week STEP 4: MONTHLY INCOME ₦46,500 × 30 = ₦1,395,000 per month STEP 5: FEED CONSUMPTION A layer eats about 120g per day 350 birds × 120g = 42kg per day 1 bag = 25kg 42kg ÷ 25kg = 1.7 bags per day DAILY FEED COST 1.7 bags × ₦14,500 = ₦24,650 per day MONTHLY FEED COST ₦24,650 × 30 = ₦739,500 per month STEP 6: OTHER MONTHLY EXPENSES (ESTIMATE) • Drugs & vaccination: ₦30,000 • Labour: ₦50,000 • Utilities (water, light): ₦20,000 Total = ₦100,000 STEP 7: TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSE Feed: ₦739,500 Other expenses: ₦100,000 Total = ₦839,500 STEP 8: NET PROFIT Monthly income: ₦1,395,000 Total expenses: ₦839,500 Estimated Profit = ₦555,500 per month BREAKDOWN SUMMARY • Daily profit ≈ ₦18,500 • Weekly profit ≈ ₦129,500 • Monthly profit ≈ ₦555,500 IMPORTANT NOTE This is a management guide, not a fixed result. Your actual profit can change due to: • Weather conditions • Mortality • Egg breakage • Feed quality • Poor or excellent management If your management is strong, you can even make more than this. If your management is poor, you won’t see these numbers. In the next post, I will break down: • The full setup cost • How much you need to start • Complete structure and equipment cost If you’re serious about starting, follow, like, and stay updated. Do you think 80% production is realistic for your farm? ~ Abdulganiyu Adebayo

What I Learned After Spending close to ₦100,000 in My First Broiler Cycle Hi, my name is Zara. This is an update on my broiler project. I started this journey thinking a small budget of ₦50,000 would be enough. I was wrong. Once I entered the practical stage, I realized the real cost of poultry farming is in daily operations, not just starting. Right now, I have already spent close to ₦100,000 within a short period, and I am still in the early weeks. Here is a breakdown of my current expenses: • Broiler chicks: ₦37,500 (25 birds) • Lighting system (solar bulb setup): ₦3,300 • Feed (Otema Plus, 1 bag): ₦22,000 • Multivitamins and glucose: ₦2,500 • Transportation: ₦2,000 And this is only the beginning. This feed will last just about few weeks before I restock. What I am learning is simple: broiler farming is not just about starting, it is about continuous funding and planning ahead. The only reason this is working for me right now is because I started early preparation and contribution before stocking. I already have a buyer who has paid for 10 birds in advance, which helped me secure part of my setup and feed. This is also a reminder I got from my mentor: in broiler farming, marketing should come before stocking. If you don’t plan your sales early, you will struggle at the end. At this point, I am focused on finishing this cycle properly and then expanding gradually. My long term goal is to scale into thousands of birds, but I am building discipline first. This is just my starting point. I’m documenting every step, every cost, and every lesson. Follow the journey and watch how this grows. See you in the next update. What do you think is the real minimum capital for broilers today? -Zara

🚨 Fun fact! Your brain can literally rewire itself to learn anything you practice consistently. This is called Neuroplasticity 🧠 Every time you repeat a skill, your brain strengthens those connections, like turning a small path into a highway.
