⚠️ DO NOT USE @courtsideapp After refusing to payout a $31,500 wager their current stance is they have the right to void any bet even after settlement. They are now threatening legal action for my posts made on social media about them not paying out. Their only offer to me was to void all of my bets instead of just paying the winner. @AlexCaruso, who continues to promote courtside, remains silent on the matter.

@dylanbets33789 @mattkalish I had orders for upcoming events. The matches were listed in the upcoming live events section. So I had open orders trying to get pre match action. I was ready to cancel any open orders when live trading began. But the matches began and ended in 1 second and my they swept it all.

Kalshi lol. Any sportsbook on earth refunds this in your favor it’s actually against regs to offer bets that are impossible to win. Thats why you can’t bet the Wizards to win the championship this year anymore lol.

@umar_xbt @mattkalish They misled me into thinking there were live upcoming ITF tennis matches that I could trade on live. Instead the matches were already decided and they just sweeped my money. 7 different upcoming live events all executed orders at the exact same second. It’s all fake

@mattkalish That was my exact argument to support. I said this proves that all of these events were already decided at the moment of execution. They did not care one bit.

@ToddWitteles @courtsideapp The bet was not an obvious error, given that their SGP shares the same odds as DK it could've been placed at the same odds there. They chose to accept the bet and only after the event concluded and the bet had won did they decide to void it.

@dylanbets33789 @courtsideapp This site/app sounds shady, but I’m also suspicious that you won’t name the bet in question, nor will you post the full correspondence. So I’m guessing you probably won $35k from a small bet on an egregiously misposted line, and they won’t pay you? Be transparent.
