@NurseStandard I also think you need to consider the type of nursing. Is an ITU nurse who is making changes to sedation, managing critically sick pts on the edge of death and implementing complex plans fair to pay the same as a outpatient clinic nurse with probably much less complexity

If you were a nurse who didn't return your ballot, reply with why? Danger with these results is people can make them fit different narratives - nurses apathy, nurses were actually happy with their pay so didn't vote, nurses didn't back strikes, ballot lost in the post etc.
