I’ve bit my tongue on this for months so as not to offend anyone… but it’s obvious that the team that made the Caribou Coffee app doesn’t actually use it day to day. Just a couple of tweaks would make it substantially better. As-is, it’s painful to use.

@bridgey_d @cariboucoffee You can 100% do that already ♥ When you open the app and go to the rewards screen, just swipe left/right the reward that you'd like to share - you'll be able to send the pick-ups to whoever needs it!

Dearest @cariboucoffee -- polite suggestions for the app/rewards... I'd love the option to be able to transfer/share a reward or points to a friend or loved one with an account. A little pick-up-up from my account to theirs. Even have a name for it: #CariboutOthers ...thanks!

@whtabtpineapple @cariboucoffee If you're an Apple user, the new version (5.0.7) has been released and is fixed. Hopefully your phone auto-updated, but if you're not seeing it check the app store. The Android update will be out soon.

@c0lfusi0n @cariboucoffee In the app, if you go to the Rewards screen, you can swipe left any reward that says "Redeem Now". That'll show a "SHARE" button you can click and send your friend some joy!

@3uzfte @cariboucoffee Sorry - that store had a power outage. If it happens again, we'll make sure the menu shows the store is closed (rather than the above sadness, my heart can't stand the sight of being out of hot chocolate...)
